CRAFT: LIBERTY PRINT FRIENDSHIP BRACELET

CRAFT: LIBERTY PRINT FRIENDSHIP BRACELET

I think my best DIY posts are the simple ones. Take this bracelet, for instance, with just a few simple items and a few steps you can create a beautiful piece of jewellery which I think makes a great friendship bracelet for your BFFs.

MATERIALS

Approximately 20cm Liberty Ribbon (depends on the size of your wrist)
Beads (make sure the hole is big enough to thread the ribbon through, I used these)
2 Folding Crimps
1 Toggle Clasp

METHOD

1) Take your Liberty ribbon and wrap it around your wrist and cut to size. You want to make it tight to your wrist because when you add the toggle clasp, the bracelet will be longer.
2) Thread your chosen beads onto the cord and position them where you want them.
3) Now add the folding crimp to either end. Simply place the ribbon inside and use a pair of pliers to fold either end over the ribbon.
4) Lastly, add your toggle clasp. Add jump rings to both pieces of the toggle clasp and attach one to each end of the bracelet.
